I learned something about myself a few weeks ago. Life Lesson #3487: I hate roller coasters.
I never knew that about myself til I went to Six Flags Magic Mountain with my two older sisters.
We stayed in a fun hotel , went swimming in the hot tub, worked out at the hotel gym, ate some yummy food, and did a little shopping. It was a blast and I had a great time feeling fun and fancy free.....that is until we went to the aforementioned amusement park. Who came up with that name anyway? Amusement park, psh. I don't know who was being amused-- I sure wasn't.
Tell me, does this look like fun to any of you?
This little doozy of a ride is called Tatsu. I think it's Japanese for dragon. Meaning, a dragon would be a safer bet than this ride.
I just don't enjoy feeling like I'm going to die. Which is how I felt through this whole ride. "Ride" is the wrong word, more like "3 minutes of pure torture."
What happened to the normal roller coasters where you sit in a normal seat, strapped in all nice and cozy? Now we have to free fall to our death?
Like on this "ride" called X2. I'm still not sure what X2 means. Maybe that you'd have to be Xtra stupid to ride this 2 times.
All I can say is, Dumbo Ride anyone?
Meaning, you'd be dumb to not want to ride this a million times.
Ahh, Disneyland. Don't worry you're still #1 in my book (Life Lesson #3488).

Did you actually go on the rides you have pictures of here on your blog? Holy moly. I would have had a complete panic attack/emotional meltdown just standing in front of one of those rides! Great post, though, as always :) Glad you had a good time with your sisters :) Love you!

I haven't been on a rollercoaster since before I got married. They were never that crazy. But I want to go on one again, I wonder if I would still like it!
I would have to fully disagree with you because those rides look awesome! You just made me want to go there pronto. As for Disneyland, I will leave that to you and Meegan.
Ahh Sherry...I loved all the rides at Magic Mountain...and man they are a rush...in fact I go back spring break...I am soo excited! And man we rode Goliath 3x's in a row (didnt even get off the ride). LOVE THE THRILL
How come you didn't mention that Lola actually cried on a roller coaster. Man we should've paid for that picture!!!
