A Raising of Funds

I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before, but I'm up to my ears in boys. They are three cute ones, but up to my ears nonetheless.

And luckily I work with the Cub Scouts at church: more boys...yay! And once a week I'm reminded to be thankful for my own sweet boys as I send those little 9-year-old's home to their thankful mothers.

But my pain is your gain! See, Cub Scouts do fundraisers, and tomorrow we're doing a really fun fundraiser to raise funds in a fun way. Get it?

I copied and pasted an email I got with all the details:

'Just wanted to let you know that The Matching Tie Guy (www.thematchingtieguy.com) is teaming up with Boy Scout Troop 238 for a one day fundraiser. This Wed. March 10th, we will be selling ties for only $10 (plus AZ sales tax...bummer...but the law!). And 5 dollars, YES 5 DOLLARS from EACH TIE SOLD will be going to the cub scouts. That's not, ..."Buy 6 ties and we will donate $5." That's "Buy 6 ties, and we will donate $5 from each tie!" So come to the church building [or email me and I'll do the dirty work for you] to order your ties on Wed. March 10th, from 4-6. The church building is on Hawes Road Between Baseline and Guadalupe. (There is also a building less than a mile away on Hawes between Guadalupe and Elliott so don't get confused!)
Remember, only on that day will the ties be sold at that price, with half being donated to the scouts, and SORRY! But you have to come to the church to order [or email me and I'll do the dirty work for you], internet sales on this day do not receive the discount. The Scouts will deliver the ties within the next week if you live within a reasonable distance, or we will mail them out or meet you with them!
Come out and support a good cause, just in time for Easter.
PS- I know many of you are not into being Matchy-Matchy! That's no problem! Remember that with 55 styles to choose from, you can get awesome, well made, UNMATCHING ties for all the boys in your family!'
