I guess it's just too easy to rhyme with.
When I was in 4th or 5th grade, some kids in my class made up a song for me. You pick the tune, but the lyrics went a little something like this, "Take off the 'S' in Sherry. Take off the 'H' in Harms. If you do what I tell you, you'll have Herry Arms!"
Ha ha. So funny. Thankfully, I didn't actually have hairy arms, or I could've really gotten a complex. Kids.
Yesterday at church we sang a hymn called "Carry On." And lucky for me, carry is one of the many words that rhymes with Sherry.
It was always my family's little joke growing up to sing the chorus really loudly, "Sherry on, Sherry on, Sherry on!"
I don't remember the last time I cried so much during a song as I did yesterday during "Carry On." It was kinda embarrassing.
I MISS MY PARENTS!!!
Aren't they cute?
Not sure how many of you know this, but they have been asked to extend their mission in South Africa for another year. December 2011 is sooooo far away. Boo hoo.
Guess I'll have to just Sherry...errr...Carry On.

Wow. Another year.
Carry on, girl. Carry on.
And can I carry on with you some afternoon? Maybe carry on during lunch?
I had no idea your parents were on a mission. Mine are in Chile. I miss them so much! They have another year, but I am so happy for them. And South Africa must be amazing!
