Really Random Ramblings

So I've recently discovered something about myself. Apparently my blogging abilities have an unhealthy codependency on my camera cord. With my camera cord out of commission the last couple weeks, my blogging's been unwittingly out of commission too.

Never fear (because I'm sure you were...fearing). I was finally able to upload some pictures yesterday. And voilá -- a post today! Now, that doesn't guarantee a great post. Just a post.

Don't you love reading a post about the writing of a post? I do. It's almost as good as writing a post about writing a post.

Do you ever read a word (like post, for instance) so many times that it starts looking weird and you have to double check that that's really how you spell that word, even though you've been reading/writing that word ever since you could read/write?

Obviously a ton has been going on since we last convened.

Actually, I have been pretty busy. I just don't feel like writing about it now...I'll save that for the next post (gotta keep ya coming back for more somehow).

For now, here's a little gem of a pic I took today. Ian and Carter built this "pillow house" while Ashton was at school.

These two were playing so nicely together that I started questioning my decision to put Ian in all-day kindergarten next year.

...but they can still play just as nicely together after all-day kindergarten, right?
